Delivery time varies depending on the product. (There are semi-order products and ready-made products)
Please see each product page for delivery date of semi-ordered products.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be fulfilled the following business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes

LUNASOL VERT U. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Thank you for your understanding.

 

Returns and Exchanges

LUNASOL VERT U. does not accept returns on any items due to the nature of our products (semi-orders items). Only defective items are eligible for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must be in possession of the item and provide proof of defect via email (photos) within 14 days of delivery date. Email address(shop@uto-shinju.com) or reply to your order confirmation email. Any claims of defect after 14 days are ineligible for exchanged and will not be honored.
